The hotel is very friendly and helpful, I have stayed here a few times and the people that work the hotel have been excellent every time. The décor in the hallways is very weird, but I think its due to the design on the carpets, but the Rooms are really nice inside, and both times my window faced an open field at the back of the hotel. It was very quiet and nice. I use this hotel to shop at the Willowbrook mall, its a super short cab ride and I walked back during the day with no problems. There are restaurants close that you can go to by uber for like $5. Hotel breakfast was convenient and typical variety of food for this style hotel.

The breakfast was great. There were a couple days were they had an omelette station, which was great. The waffles are delicious and the breakfast was surprisingly good, along with the coffee. The room and hotel was very clean. Management seemed to take great pride in the hotel ensuring everything was meticulous. The location was excellent, AMC, stores and restaurant within walking distance. Costco with gas station nearby, and hotel is just off 249. I liked the rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. Hotel was quiet and housekeeping did not begin cleaning at the crack of dawn.

Clean smelling throughout the property. Friendly housekeeping service each day. Clean property grounds. The breakfast was good with a variety of breakfast items, i.e. sausage, waffles, scrambled eggs, home fries, cold cereal, yogurt. My issue however was I wished they would have alternated sausage with bacon. Omelet station only open on weekdays and not on weekends. Five minute drive to large A+ Willowbrook Mall loaded with tons of stores!!

The hotel was right off the freeway and was nice. We were checked in quickly and our room was great! It was exactly as we ordered and quite large. The beds were comfortable. The thermostat worked great and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. We arrived late and left early so we didn’t get to enjoy breakfast.

This a little gem ! Modern, spacious, super clean, we stayed for 3 nights during a 2 week holiday in Texas , this was the only place that made the beds ! It was a little way from downtown Houston but totally acceptable to us , and very reasonably, they also made omelettes on request !
